David Bleeker

I am a London based Freelance photographer specialising in architecture, construction and documentary photography.

Originally from the Netherlands I moved to London in 1998. I love travelling and lived for a while in Nepal and Malaysia. Since 2005 I work as a freelance Photographer in London.

My photography has been used by in numerous magazines, books and newspapers.

Published by The Economist, National Geographic, the Sunday Times, The Financial Times, The Daily Mail, BBC magazines, Time Out London, Phaidon, Hertfordshire Life and many more.

Customers include Swift Construction Group LTD, Renault Trucks UK and Pepsico Intl.

Before I started as a freelance photographer I worked in many different technical roles as a maintenance engineer, electrician, calibration engineer etc.

I started taking pictures at 17 when I bought a Canon AE1- program which I used for a very long time. Kodachrome64  and 25 were my favourite films. I upgraded to a Canon EOS3 a superb camera which I used till digital SLRs came along.
